Mr. S.S.Kumar, 71 yrs. old male, is a retired Director from Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India. He was a known patient of cerebral palsy since his early childhood. He was suffering from spastic paraparesis due to cerebral palsy with bilateral contractures at knee joints.
